Pharmacy Collection Representative

We are looking for a self-driven and competent collection specialist to join our time. We are expecting you to be professional, trustworthy and be able to work independently

Main responsibility will be to contact clients and collect outstanding debts.

Duties and responsibilities…

• Identify outstanding account receivables
• Research and investigate for client contact information
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
• Establish payment plans for past due accounts
• Update account records
• Prepare and maintain collection activities and progress

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• High school diploma required
