Job Description : We are seeking a Construction Project Administrator to oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of our residential development projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction operations, coordinating permits, contracts, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between senior management, project coordinators, subcontractors, vendors, and property owners, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities :

File all contract documents, including subcontractor agreements, change orders, lien waivers, COIs, Form W-9s, and closeout documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Apply for and file local building permits.

Utilize Procore or other construction management software for efficient project tracking and reporting.

Assist Project Managers with utility service applications for projects.

Submit and file insurance and warranty claims and coordinate with property ownership.

Support project team in sourcing and procuring project materials.

Ensure that all project documentation, including drawings, photos, reports, RFIs, visitor logs, contact sheets, and correspondence, are accurately recorded and easily accessible.

Support the finance team in any audit request.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in applicable discipline will be preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project administrator or related field, preferably in residential real estate development.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, preferably Procore.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and homeowners.

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
