Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director for Corporate Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to attract corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue through corporate bookings, group sales, and special events
- Manage current accounts and ensure proper solicitation of the designated market
- Secure a thorough understanding of hotel operations and negotiate profitable sales
- Solicit new business by resourcefully expanding account base; identifying and developing new markets; creating and executing innovative plans
Requirements:
- Strong organization and negotiation skills and the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Attend internal and external meetings & events as required
- Strong relationship building and communication skills along with a focus on exceptional customer service skills
- Be flexible and adaptable in working in other key sales areas where necessary
- Optimistic self-starter with a high degree of drive, motivation, and initiative
- Fluent in the use and functionality of Delphi preferred
