Experience
- Associate's degree.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present solutions.
- Proficient computer skills with solid keyboarding abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls/case load with precision.
- Adaptable to change and eager to embrace continuous improvement.
