Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within key verticals such as QSRs, retail, and hospitality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Neon's value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that align with client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, digital signage, POS or marketing technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms to clients.
