Job Overview

Neon is looking for a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented salesperson with experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, digital signage, or marketing technology. You will be responsible for prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals to contribute to Neon's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within key verticals such as QSRs, retail, and hospitality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Neon's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that align with client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, digital signage, POS or marketing technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms to clients.
