What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Compliance Coordinator position at NEP Group, Inc.?
We are seeking a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to ensure that NEP meets or exceeds all compliance standards for the safety of its Mobile Units and the personnel who operate them. This person should have a variety of skills related to the maintenance and coordination of vehicles and trucks. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. On occasion will be called upon to drive our vehicles for events. In this role you will be involved in some of the biggest Media / Broadcasting / Sporting Events in the world.
This is a Full-Time position based on-site at our Pittsburgh location. This position requires full commitment, and the person will be on call 24 / 7. We strongly desire this person to live locally, however will consider a candidate willing to commute often to work hybrid.
Key duties include :
- Assist with management of our compliance with DOT and FMCSA standard.
- Develop and coach staff.
- Manage Fleet’s electronic log system, track violations / activities and prepare statistical reports.
- Oversee driver incident reports, file claims, and follow up with Fleet Maintenance
- Coordinate repairs
- Mentor drivers
