503B Outsourcing Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist
Corporate Statement Nephron Outsourcing Facility is a 503B outsourcing facility dedicated to creating the highest quality compounds by maintaining current good manufacturing practices to and above the standards set by the FDA.
- Primarily responsible for printing, picking, and packing orders of the Nephron 503B Outsourcing Facility Shipping Department.
- Provides effective communication with Upper Level Specialists.
- Constantly meets and exceeds established productivity and quality standards.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to think one step ahead, quality focused.
- Provides effective communication with Senior Level Specialist.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or apparent.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records accurately.
- Work in shipping/receiving warehouse loading products on pallets
- Ability to multi-task and work independently; to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently even when under pressure or time constraint and follow-through to completion.
- Ability to use customized inventory management system to process orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Working overtime as needed.
- Work accident-free.
- All other duties as assigned or apparent.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous shipping, receiving and warehouse experience.
- Computer experience: Microsoft office software
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!!!!
- MUST PASS DRUG TEST!!!!
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER!!!!
- Must speak, write, and read English.

- Position requires lifting (up to 50 lbs.), vision (20/20), bending (waist to floor), climbing (on a ladder), reaching (floor to overhead), standing (30%), sitting (30%), walking (40%), gripping, talking and hearing.
- Incumbents are required to wear PPE as assigned by management.
- Incumbents are required to comply with proper gowning requirements and other non-specified protective equipment as necessary.
- Incumbents may be required to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, bouffant, and laboratory coats and other non-specified protective equipment as necessary.
- Salary range: Based on experience
- Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed
