The Project Manager will oversee the specific mandates in a contract or project and make sure that all parties involved fulfill obligations to which they agreed. This position must know the ins and outs of a contract and ensure all sides adhere to its specific terms, conditions, rights, and obligations. The main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various contracts, including purchases, sales, project planning and execution, and business partnerships.
The Project Manager will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for the company. The Project Manager will also develop and execute projects together with Tracking all Plant Projects to facilitate efficient completion within the expected timeframes.

- Manage all aspects of projects from Planning, Design, Communication, Budget, Risks, and
Safe / Efficient Execution.
Manage daily project activities and provide on-site leadership of the project team ensuringadherence to the project’s goals, time schedule, milestones, and expenditure.
Prepares bids, scopes of work, justifications, feasibility studies, project plans, processspecifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required.
Reviews bids from vendors and contractors for conformity to project requirementsWork closely with Project Controls Specialist during development of project estimates.Oversee the activities of Project Coordinators.Keep up to date tracking and reporting of the progress of all plant projects as well as expeditingwork to ensure efficient execution.
Ensure Capital Projects are initiated based on Business needs (Safety, Operations, Environmental,Reliability, and Process Improvement).

None required.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND / OR TRAINING
High school diploma required.Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.Minimum seven (7) years’ experience as Project Manager working in Heavy Manufacturing,Refining, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, or Syngas preferred.
Although not a strict requirement, preference will be given to candidates with Electrical &Instrumentation backgrounds.
