What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Work closely with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve ambitious sales and profitability goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and on-time delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics to refine strategies and consistently exceed targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within the print or manufacturing industry.
- Sales Performance: A proven ability to meet or exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with printing technologies or industry trends is a plus.
