Floating Assembler and Shipping Associate

Nesco Resource is now hiring for a 1st S hift Associate to Float Between Light/Heavy Duty Assembly and Shipping at a Manufacturer in Gastonia.

Responsibilities: For Assembly

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Help building caster wheels and testing them.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  
  

Responsibilities: For Shipping. Includes assisting in a variety of duties to prepare goods to be shipped out. Wrapping Pallets will be an essential function of the shipping work.
