Position Overview :

As a Paralegal in our CVA Department, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys with negligence, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, who can manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Communication :  Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary case information.
• Calendar Management : Organize and manage legal calendars, including scheduling court dates, meetings, and depositions.
• Document Drafting : Prepare legal documents such as motions, complaints, and other court filings.
• Discovery Management : Handle discovery requests and responses, including obtaining necessary authorizations.
• Medical Record Handling : Acquire, review, and manage medical records and relevant documentation.
• Court Filings : File legal documents electronically and in person, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Deposition Scheduling : Coordinate depositions between attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Administrative Support : Provide general administrative assistance to ensure the department operates smoothly
