If you are looking to lead daily system operations of our largest and most automated Distribution Center, then Sr. Inventory Control Coordinator is the career for you. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy and movement in and out of the system, work closely with a team of people from production to shipping and will work directly for a Team Leader as principle technical advisor for overall system performance and as a facility subject matter expert. If you enjoy working in a digital and automated environment, this is a great opportunity that only requires an ability to learn the role through in-depth training that is provided. This job requires you to be out in the system to monitor, troubleshoot and correct issues that arise, and you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art, automated equipment as a subject matter expert within our facility in this technical role.   • Responsible for maintaining the operation at peak efficiency through standard routines and your learned insight.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to systems, logic or physical issues that hold up throughput.
  • Support First Expiry / First Out product management by close monitoring of the system performance.
  • Manage product quarantine or inspections required by the factory.
  • Work directly with Team Leaders, Warehouse administration, and communicate with other ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel, Operations Planning Management, and QA. Additionally, you will be part of a network of peers at other factories and Headquarters support staff.
  • Lead or participate in shift handover meetings and other continuous improvement activities, effectively applying the lean methodologies appropriate to eliminate waste and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple departments for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, military, or related environment
  • Must be willing to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule
  • The approximate pay range for this position is $47,000 to $57,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
