POSITION SUMMARY :
Introducing Nestl Purina's new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory - just 30 miles east of Cincinnati. This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. Our passionate team in Williamsburg Township will work in an environment that values safety, the latest technology in manufacturing and a culture of learning. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will provide support for warehouse operations including delivery and shipment coordination. You will also facilitate communication for all warehouse associates related to daily work assignments and operational needs. You'll be prepared for the next level of your career as we empower you to continuously think "What's Next?". We'll challenge you with integrity, expertise, high performance, and passion.
This position will start out on day shift working at Nestle Purina's temporary office building, located a mile from the Williamsburg Township facility. The first several months of this role are project-related with the goal of planning and developing the Warehouse department as we approach operational startup. This position will require travel up to 25% for training purposes to other Nestle Purina factory locations within the U.S. There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.
Once operational, the schedule will adjust to working a night shift (6pm-6am) on a 2-2-3 schedule model (week one : two days on, two days off, three days on; week two : two days off, two days on, three days off).
Primary Responsibilities :
- Utilize various digital warehouse systems to facilitate and coordinate the entire shipping process.
- Collaborate with all warehouse team members to ensure daily completion of the dock schedule.
- Ensure orders can be filled in full while meeting product quality and quantity standards. Communicate discrepancies to Warehouse and Operations Planning teams as needed.
- Manage daily flow of drivers for warehouse loads and unloads.
- Work closely with the Transportation team on trailer inventories, product cuts, overweights and dock schedule.

The approximate pay range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
