The Impact You’ll Make
In the role of Network Architect, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO/Founder and senior leaders to drive the transformation of network operations through automation, while leveraging our state-of-the-art automation platform across our broad enterprise customer base. You will have a massive impact on the entire network industry by enabling AI and automation as the default solution to all levels of network operation challenges.
What You'll Do
- Be the lead evangelist for the value of AI and our no-code automation approach for our customers, industry peers, partners, and our internal engineering teams.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and insights, providing actionable suggestions to senior leadership and internal teams for enhancing and evolving our service playbook.
- Deliver in-depth courses and workshops to train internal and external engineering teams as next-level automation practitioners.
- Engage with partners in both the hardware and software industry to facilitate collaboration to better serve the common customers.
- Represent NetBrain at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our automation solutions and establish connections.
- Lead the creation of and manage NetBrain’s automation library as a resource to accelerate our customers’ automation journey.
- Advise our tier-1 customers, prospective customers and partners on utilizing AI and automation, understanding their unique challenges and goals in managing their enterprise networks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in network automation and emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership to internal and external groups.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
- 8 years of experience with a proven history of delivering outstanding results in one or more of the following areas: Network Design and Operations, Network Automation, Network Consulting Services.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in leading projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package to recognize our people and the impact they have on the success of our company.
For this role, the estimated base salary is between $150,000 - $230,000 Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
