We are at a very exciting stage of evolution at Netflix. With the growth in employee population, lines of business, geo-diversity, and heterogeneity of the workforce, it is imperative that the Talent function evolves accordingly, to shape and support this progress. One of the most critical parts of this evolution is the foundation upon which we can scale personalized and inclusive experiences for the workforce. The Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team is primarily responsible for developing this ecosystem. The broad composition of the team includes Lifecycle operations (all workflows across the candidate, employee, and contingent talent journey), Data and Analytics, Technology strategy, and Global Programs like Benefits, Mobility, Employee Health, Accessibility, etc.
We want to supplement our TEO leadership team with a highly strategic and empathetic leader, who can boost our user-centric approach to designing experiences and operations.
This role can be remote, however, it is preferred to be in Los Gatos, CA, or Los Angeles, CA.

- Lead the execution of complex, large-scale enablement projects, involving multiple workflows and cross-functional teams.
- Systematize the user-centric design approach by hiring and nurturing the right talent, driving relevant priorities, instituting relevant processes, and serving as an overall evangelist for this approach.
- Partner with the TEO leadership in nurturing the network of partner teams across the organization, such that we cohesively work towards an integrated and holistic workforce experience strategy for Netflix.
- Go beyond your domain expertise and establish yourself as an organizational leader, who is additive to our culture and an invaluable member of this community. Serve as an example to your team and partners to do the same.
- A leader with strong business acumen and high empathy, with proven experience in leveraging these for experience design and operations management.
- A strong systems thinker, with an ability to prioritize effectively and build sustainable solutions from the ground up.
- Experience in improving the user experience and operational effectiveness by using levers such as user-centered design thinking, automation, offshoring, outsourcing, etc.
- Skilled at operating in a complex, cross-functional, geo-distributed organization where your team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across many disciplines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, across an array of cross-functional teams and multiple levels of seniority.
- Ability to synthesize data into useful insights, and drive resulting actions.
