We are looking for a Technical Associate Development Partner who will focus on learning initiatives and training for our internal associates. This role will deliver development programs for Cloud, System, DevOps, and Software Engineers, Architects, and Engineering Management teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and can effectively translate complex concepts for diverse audiences, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. They should have excellent communication skills, executive presence, and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly while developing engaging training programs. A natural storyteller with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, this person will play a key role in driving technical learning and growth within the organization.

- Design and deliver comprehensive technical learning programs including content for multiple channels including email campaigns, digital signage, and eLearning modules, ensuring alignment with business strategy and learning objectives.
- Manage technical onboarding programs and learning initiatives across multiple workstreams to drive successful outcomes
- Partner with technical Subject Matter Experts to develop relevant content and learning pathways that accelerate skill development
- Create and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with technical leadership to understand organizational needs and align learning priorities
- Facilitate live learning experiences and manage program communications with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in learning and development, technical training, or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences
- Experience working in software development, cloud technologies, or technical operations
- Background in technical project management or HR experience within technical organizations
- Knowledge of learning management systems and content development tools
