What Will You Do as a Systems Installation Technician Access Control/Intrusion/CCTV?:
- Run cabling through walls, ceilings, floors, and other building structures
- Terminate cables with required connectors and other termination methods
- Perform basic testing of cables and equipment to ensure proper termination and proper system performance
- Prepare and install Security devices related to CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion in a commercial and industrial setting
- Maintain current industry knowledge and certifications
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of codes and standards
- Read and review blueprints or work
- Perform housekeeping duties as required
- Assist with material loading and off-loading
- Drive on company business and assume responsibility of a company vehicle as needed and allowed
- Represent NCS with professionalism and integrity
- · Perform all assigned duties Safely adhering to the highest Quality standards
- Provide the highest level of customer service with continuous communication (verbal and written)
- Perform all functions of the position and other duties that may be assigned
What it Takes to Be Successful as a Systems Installation Technician Access Control/Intrusion/CCTV:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years of Security Systems Installation experience
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
