Job Overview
Network Capital is a Fintech direct mortgage lender and servicer headquartered in Miami, FL. We have also have our West Coast Headquarters in Irvine, CA. We’ve been a leader in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, network maintenance, and industry trends to keep us on the cutting edge. Engaging with employees throughout the company, the IT support technician will have an immediate impact on the efficiency of our operations and overall growth.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support workstation hardware, printers, and phones
- Manage and support company software, including VoIP and call center, CRM, and loan management solutions
- Set up and configure new hire equipment, and train employees in using software and hardware, providing technical support when needed
- Provide white-glove treatment for C-level executives and high profile users in high-stress situations, including swift response and careful attention to detail.
- Document issues using ticketing software, and create/update knowledge base articles with solutions
- Quickly learn new systems and adjust to the company’s needs as they change.
- Assist with office facilities tasks, including restocking, removing trash, etc.
Required skills and qualifications
- Two years of experience in IT, preferably with supporting high level employees
- Deep knowledge of Windows 11, computer hardware,
- Critical thinking is a must – ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, self manage, and act with purpose
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to efficiently communicate with frustrated individuals in high-stress situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or appropriate certifications (Comptia A , Sec , Net , etc.)
- Project management experience
- Experience with Azure is a plus
