This is an in person internship where you will gain hands-on experience in an office setting!
The Analytics Intern will assist the Manager of Reporting and Analytics with the development of reports including development of visualizations and statistical analysis for Network Distribution. Additionally, they will conduct quantitative product & financial analysis, and provide executive summaries as needed in support of the Manger.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data in order to increase data and reporting efficiencies.
- Aid in the development of visualizations and statistical analysis in support of the Reporting and Analytics team.
- Assist in developing and implementing forecasting models under supervision.
- Support evaluation of model performance and assist in refining models as needed.
- Provide support in conducting text data analysis tasks.
- Assist in applying basic natural language processing techniques for text data insights.
- Maintain the confidential nature of the work conducted
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Ability to utilize full suite of Microsoft Office software
- Strong interest in data analysis and forecasting.
- SCM modeling experience
- You view yourself as a sponge and ready to learn
- You have strong organizational skills, you don’t let things fall through the cracks
- You are great at identifying problems and coming up with possible solutions
- You like to be working and collaborating with a team
- You enjoy complexity and are motivated to understand the whole story
- Preferred coursework or knowledge in statistics, text analysis, Python/R programming, natural language processing (NLP), or related areas.
- Familiarity with Tableau or SAP – BI a plus
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a focus on Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Business or Supply Chain
- College level Coursework/Project experience in Programming, Data analysis and modelling.

Our highly engaged internship program allows you to focus on projects related to supply chain and analytics that will help prepare you for your career. You’ll also get to collaborate and get to know interns in other functions to gain key business skills and help you succeed in the corporate world. As a capstone to the internship program, you will have the opportunity to present your summer experience and projects to our executive leadership team.
This is a PAID internship. Interns will work a 40/hour work-week at $18/hour.
