They are seeking a highly detail-oriented and energetic individual to step into the role of Accounts Payable Clerk. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P) support, including document management.
- Daily customer invoicing.
- Prepare and report sales tax for multiple states and municipalities, as required.
- Serve as a key contact for customer and vendor portals concerning invoices and payments.
- Reconcile, code, and record all company credit card charges and employee reimbursement expenses.
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in full cycle Accounts Payable is required.
- High attention to detail is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in MS Excel (pivot table comprehension is a strong plus)
- Proficiency in Teams, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience with multi-jurisdiction sales tax is a plus.
- Previous experience in a non-service based industry is a plus.
