*Responsibilities*
- Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Maintain a tidy reception area
*Skills*
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Google Suite and other office software
- Efficient typing skills for data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills for managing office tasks effectively
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
