We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our team as an Event Coordinator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love managing every little detail to bring events to life, this role is for you!
Role
- Research, plan, and coordinate NeuFit's presence at various events while managing event logistics, materials, and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant events, conferences, and various shows
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute event-specific marketing materials and campaigns
- Manage event logistics including registration, travel arrangements, and materials for booth setup/breakdown
- Maintain marketing material, event equipment, and promotional item inventory
- Create and track event budgets
- Coordinate shipping of materials and equipment
- Book accommodations and transportation for team members as needed
- Organize post-event reporting and ROI analysis
- Serve as the main point of contact for event stakeholders
- Facilitate the distribution of surveys to gather valuable internal feedback from the team.
Results
- Maintain accurate inventory of marketing materials and swag
- Stay within allocated event budgets
- Collect post-event metrics, including leads generated, meetings scheduled, and brand awareness metrics
- Ensure on-time arrival of all event materials and equipment
- Maintain detailed event documentation and processes for future reference and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key event organizers and vendors
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Strong budgeting and inventory management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
