Technical Sales

Neuman Aluminium, the worldwide leader in aluminum impact extrusion for the defense, automotive, and electronics industries, is seeking the ideal candidate for the position of Outside Technical Sales for our Waynesboro, Virginia facility.

Job Duties:

· Develop new business through networking and making new contacts.

· Meet face to face with prospects and customers.

· Craft and deliver captivating and effective sales presentations.

· Collaborate with prospective customers to design and maximize products for the impact extrusion process.

· Coordinate customer orders and requirements with internal sales, engineering, and production team.

· Perform market research, study trends and identify new opportunities; then create and implement an acquisition plan.

· Prepare profitable pricing strategies using detailed analysis and present proposals to customers using well-crafted quotes.

· Provide regular updates to the team for prospective and current business.

· Engage in professional sales development training.

· Actively participate with the manufacturing team to understand the impact extrusion process, start to finish.

· MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, CAD a plus

· Willing to travel 40% of time

· Technical / Manufacturing experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
