Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups.
- Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance verification processes.
- Collect patient payments, daily.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation review.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Process faxed request received.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.

- Experience with medical records management and documentation review.
- Familiarity insurance verification.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient service.
