Description
The NeuroMedical Center Clinic in Baton Rouge, LA is looking for a motivated clinical professional to help with the following job duties.
- Assist clinical staff in resolving patient issues/concerns in a timely manner.
- Responsible for taking patient phone calls in regard to questions concerning treatment.
- Must have strong phone and customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve
Requirements
Must have Highschool Diploma or GED.
Approximately 1 year of medical experience required.
Monday - Friday 8-5 pm.
