Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Front Desk Support
- Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Data Entry and Patient Support
- Enter patient information and other data into the electronic medical records (EMR) system accurately and efficiently.
- Provide support to clinical and administrative teams by handling routine patient interactions, freeing up staff for critical tasks.
Clerical Duties
- Maintain an organized workspace by filing, scanning, and managing documents.
- Restock front desk supplies and assist with basic office organization.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the clinic.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
