Job Title: Senior Lock Desk Manager

Location: Remote - (Hybrid if located within 31 miles of our Tustin, CA or Austin, TX locations; 2 days a week on site)

Compensation: Starting at 70K DOE
Job Summary:
The Lock Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and execution of the Lock Desk as well as liaising between Pricing Desk, Operations and Sales personnel on a transactional basis.
Responsibilities
• Lead Lock Desk Associate.
• Oversee and Support Lock Desk analysts.
• Maintain Expert Knowledge of All Pricing Structures.
• Maintain Expert Knowledge of All Policies and Procedures.
• Distribute and Mange Daily Volume Reporting.
• Establish Process Enhancements Where Required.
• Evaluate and review Price Exceptions in accordance with the established policies. Acts as escalation personnel for advanced or complicated deals.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, takes initiative and is driven, and is flexible enough to adapt to an ever changing business environment.
- Working knowledge of mortgage loans and an understanding of pricing and interest rates is a plus.
- Experienced establishing and implementing procedures and process improvements in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to demonstrate advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook and Excel; advanced computer proficiency to include Microsoft SQL is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
