What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Behavior Interventionist (BI) position at New Behavioral Network?
New Behavioral Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for a children in the Mt. Laurel, NJ Area. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact and support a child’s growth and development through personalized, one-on-one therapy!
Position Details:
- Role: Behavior Interventionist
- Location: Mt. Laurel
- Schedule: Flexible after school hours Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA therapy to support the child’s goals and behavioral needs
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a BCBA
- Record and monitor progress, adapting strategies as needed
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for skill-building and social development
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with at least 3 Years working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities OR College degree in psychology, special eduation or related field with at least 1 Year of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities
- RBT Certification preferred
- College Degree preferred
- Ability to maintain a structured and positive environment
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach
