The Position: As an Office Director, you’ll lead a team dedicated to raising critical funds for our NGO partners. Your role will involve inspiring and empowering your team to engage with the public, share compelling stories, and secure long-term donors. With your leadership, you’ll build a high-performing team, ensure fundraising goals are met, and create a culture of motivation and success. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for an independent leader with at least 1 year of management experience. Fundraising experience is a plus! If you have experience in managing teams in customer service, sales, retail, or similar people-focused fields, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have leadership experience: You’ve successfully managed teams of 6 or more people, motivating them to hit targets and exceed expectations.
• Are results-driven: You know how to create and implement strategies that achieve fundraising goals and inspire others to do the same.
• Communicate effectively: You’re confident in building relationships and leading by example.
• Are adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic, face-to-face environment and are comfortable pivoting as needed.
• Build lasting connections: You inspire people to take action and build trust with your team and donors alike.
• Are passionate about impact: You care deeply about causes like disaster relief, education, environmental conservation, and social justice.
