Job description - Enrollment Administrator
The primary function of this position is to support the Enrollment Director in ensuring all New Creations sites are responding to and enrolling all leads with the focus on certain centers provided by Finance and Ops Manager. The Enrollment Administrator also supports internal needs by calling families and staff for retention purposes. Further, this position provides a human touch throughout the inquiry to enrollment process.This position is for 32-40 hours, working at the corporate office. The following are the responsibilities assigned to the position:
- Assists Enrollment Director as needed to see the inquiry through entire enrollment process from first phone call/email to registered
- Follows up with each inquiry using the family follow up system
- Oversees inventory of enrollment items
- Develops relationships with inquiries in order to convert to enrolled.
- Builds strong relationships with clients during the onboarding process.
- Uses a positive approach, upbeat attitude, and immediate response time
- Places emphasis on caring for and establishing relationships with inquiring families before they are even enrolled.
- Employs sales tactics and techniques in order to improve conversion rates
- Partners with Marketing Director to sign up and attend external community events, preparing all materials and adjusting weekly hours to run the event
- Utilizes CRM, the inquiry management system, to its fullest potential by partnering with Marketing Director to employ additional campaigns and enrollment incentives.
- Makes up to 100 outbound phone calls and leaving up 70 voicemails per day
- Works with families that are leaning towards un-enrolling with the goal of retention.
- Seeks referrals from families that have positive experience with NC (from reviews and Parent Ambassador Teams), or un-enroll for life events, i.e. moving, age-out.
- Communicates with all referrals to get them enrolled.
- Focuses on new family follow-ups - phone call after week 1 of care, 30/60/90 day window touch- gathering data and presenting it to correct roles
- Ensures Welcome Emails are completed and onboarding experience/steps are successfully completed for each new enrollment
- Increases family retention rate and is responsible for attrition rates through soliciting, gathering, and responding to surveys (ongoing and exit)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be at least 18 years old with knowledge of child care centers
- Child care aide experience a plus
- Desire to work in Communications, Business, Marketing, or similar fields
- Proficient with the use of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Willing and able to learn the CRM software and childcare software management system
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

- Extensive sitting and computer work including typing and creation of documents utilizing Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Docs and Canva (newsletter and poster design).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19 - $21 per hour based on sales and child care experience
Expected hours: 32-40 hours per week
