Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas including math, language, and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
- Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Incorporate Montessori methods and principles to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide guidance in toddler care, ensuring the well-being of each child throughout the day.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational approach that aligns with our curriculum goals.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development theories is preferred.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support in subjects such as math is a plus.
- Knowledge of child welfare practices to ensure a safe learning environment is important.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
