Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of telecommunications projects by coordinating various aspects of the project with customers, vendors and internal resources. This position requires a strong understanding of telecommunications, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Duties
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide SOP for milestones
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical, and sales departments.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholders' satisfaction.
- Manage project resources, including technicians, clients, and vendors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Weekly project calls with action items provided before call and meeting minutes post call with notations on who is responsible for any new tasks and time frame of completion
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes and on time deliverables.
Experience
- Proven experience in project coordination within the telecommunications vertical is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
