We are seeking an energetic Office Manager to join our amazing team. This is a leadership role and the candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of operating a dental office. Some of the those functions are – managing a staff of 6, managing all operations of the office, ensuring we provide the best patient care, maintaining compliance in the office. This can be a full time or part time role.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily non-clinical operations of their assigned office including patient satisfaction, revenue, profitability, non-clinical team selection, performance, development and other business-related functions as delegated by direct business manager.
They are responsible for assisting patients to complete Doctor prescribed treatment plans thereby helping patients get the care they need
Provide superior patient service demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations and dental standards.
Acts as a backup to the front desk in the event of turnover or unexpected outage.
Leads an organized office with accurate and complete paperwork, timely deposits and clean claim submissions.
conducts patient chart audits, performs handoffs, conducts consults according to company policies, enters and updates patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating Doctor using the company operational system, and follows-up with patients during subsequent visits to schedule open treatment.
Manages and resolves local office staff issues (tardiness, staffing issues) & motivates the office team to work together.
Ensures the office has a full patient schedule each day and optimizes daily schedules.
Ensures proper patient authorization and billing training and controls leading to organized billing records.

Minimum Education and Experience
2-5 years experience in dental practice. (Other office experience will not be considered relevant for review)
