- Collaborate with loan processors and underwriters to resolve any title-related concerns during the mortgage servicing process.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and real estate agents regarding title issues and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all title examinations and correspondence.
Experience
- Proven experience in loan processing, mortgage servicing, or related financial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and credit analysis is advantageous.
- Knowledge of contract law as it pertains to real estate transactions is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying discrepancies in title documents.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
