We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Student Services Advisor to provide comprehensive record-keeping and administrative assistance to students and colleagues from enrollment through post-graduation and licensure. This role involves managing student fees, maintaining compliance with accreditation requirements, and handling multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and providing high levels of service to a diverse group of people.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide welcoming and professional assistance to students, visitors, and staff.
- Utilize computer-based systems for data entry, record-keeping, and information retrieval.
- Audit and maintain student files to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Collect and track tuition payments and generate related reports.
- Support other departments by addressing issues that may impact student success.
- Answer phones, provide information, and greet campus visitors.
- Schedule registry testing and advise students on graduation requirements.
- Assist with compiling information for student referrals to external services.
- Maintain office inventory, process mail, and support the Registrar as needed.

Physical Requirements : Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person, and by phone, and by email. Must be able to bend, stretch, reach and carry files. Must be able lift up and carry up to 20 lbs. Must be able to efficiently and accurately perform manual record keeping, computer data entry and filing tasks. Must be able to spend prolonged periods of time at a desk (sedentary work) and working on a computer.
