Requirements and Qualifications
- Maryland Day Care I certification (45-hour course) or equivalent
- MD 45-hour Course for school-age Children or comparable college education courses
- 400 hours of documented work with school-age children in a school, licensed day care, or summer camp
- Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) or MD Group Leader for school Age children Certification
Candidates should have a passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
