Service Coordinator Manager
New Horizons is looking a service coordinator manager. The service coordinator manager is responsible for overseeing the department employees as well as its functions and processes; including staffing, scheduling, and planning. The service coordinator acts as the clients' advocate, explains the available options to the clients, and keeps records of the services offered.
A successful service coordinator manager will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with the team and the individual(s) they support. The service coordinator manager will need to utilize critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills to complete the job requirements successfully.
