As an experienced real estate construction firm, we understand the building from the ground-up and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in the physical upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for residents and owners, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of notices, newsletters, and other communications to residents.
- Collaborate on the development of annual budgets and propose strategies for cost optimization.
- Track property expenses, review invoices, and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
- Regularly monitor the property to ensure it continues to meet the physical and operational requirements of the tax abatement program (e.g., rent stabilization rules, income restrictions).
- Maintain a thorough understanding of NYC building codes, housing codes, fire codes, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at thriving within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated capability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks with minimal supervision.
