Duties

- Develop trust and rapport with clients to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
- Encourage hope, empowerment, and self-determination by demonstrating that recovery is possible.
- Help clients navigate healthcare, social services, and community resources, advocating for their needs when necessary.
- Assist clients in understanding their conditions, coping mechanisms, and available resources.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
- Maintain records of interactions and progress while adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
