Accountant, Sr

• Summary: Under general direction, responsible for the more complex activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts and for developing financial statements and reports. Position may provide functional advice or training to less-experienced accountant positions.

• Job Responsibilities: This position will primarily serve as a support position to Facilities Utility Manager and provide business support to the Utilities and Plant Operations shops. Will serve on a team responsible for the planning, tracking, forecasting and reporting of utility information. The position will report directly to the Utility Manager and will review and process day to day business transactions for the Utility & Plant Operation units.

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.; Required Experience:Three (3) years of professional experience directly related to the standard duties as outlined.; Equivalency:Bachelor's degree and successful completion of at least 15 credit hours of Accounting (ACCT) course work and three (3) years of professional experience directly related to the standard duties as outlined.
