One of our clients in Manhattan, NY is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician.

Title : Help Desk Support Technician

Location : Manhattan, NY

Duration : Long-term

Hourly : $30 - $35 per hour (W2)

Scope :

Looking for Level 1 / 2 Engineer with Ticketing experience

The FE will complete the following work onsite :

  • Provide support L1 / L2 and basic troubleshooting
  • Work will be an onsite work

Required Skills :

  • At least 4-5 years of Level 1 / 2 Support experience with Windows Operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with Ticket experience
  • Experience with Imaging, SCCM, Active Directory and 365 suites would be a huge plus
  • Experience in providing support to Desktop, Laptop, Hardware and Software

    • Salary : $30 - $35
