New Passages, Inc., an outpatient mental health clinic located in Harrisburg, PA, is in need of a Part-time Administrative Assistant. New Passages is a privately owned agency that has been doing business in Harrisburg for more than 29 years.
The ideal candidate will have medical office experience. Applicant must be friendly, dependable, have excellent communication skills, computer knowledge and organizational skills.
Basic job duties include: answering telephone, making reminder calls for appointments, taking patient payments, scheduling, filing, etc.
This is a part-time, hourly position. Hours to start are 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
