- Demonstrated ability to use various computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population including students, faculty, staff and the general public in a professional environment.
Additional Considerations:
- Work experience in an educational environment.
Duties:
- Support the college's Online Learning program by providing high quality customer service to students and faculty at the Dublin testing center.
- Administer tests, collect assignments, and oversee exams for students from different colleges.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work hours are limited to 29 hours per week and 1500 hours per year. Work schedule will include day, two evenings and Sunday 1-5 pm.
**Current NRCC students ineligible due to access to tests**
Salary:
$15.00 per hour
