About the Role
The Senior Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement will play a critical role in driving quality and excellence across our organization. This individual will oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote best practices in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Department of Education guidelines, and the Pennsylvania School Code.
- Lead the design and delivery of professional development programs to enhance educator performance and promote evidence-based practices.
- Develop and maintain efficient systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on student progress and overall program effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and support to staff in implementing improvement plans and addressing areas of underperformance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience leading quality assurance, continuous improvement, or program evaluation in an educational setting.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Department of Education guidelines and Pennsylvania School Code.
- Strong background in developing and managing systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting student progress data to drive program effectiveness.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs to enhance educator performance, promote evidence-based practices, and drive instructional improvement.
