We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, including food preparation, sales, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Assist in bussing tables and ensuring the dining area is tidy for incoming guests.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while applying retail math skills for effective register operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
• A friendly demeanor with a willingness to help others, contributing positively to team dynamics.

Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour
