Compensation : $90,000- 120,000 ( annually) with an employee benefits package and possible bonus opportunity.
General Job Description : Our client is hiring a Senior Engineer to provide expert refrigeration engineering services and manage projects from the business development stages through to the development of construction documents and construction administration. You will lead refrigeration engineering efforts, coordinating with both internal and external teams to deliver high-quality projects. This role requires strong communication, management, and leadership skills, as you will concurrently manage multiple projects ensuring their successful execution and delivery.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Professional Engineer license preferred)
- 5 years of experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer, including the design and analysis of complex refrigeration systems
- 1 years of Project management experience, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, or current mechanical engineering software
- Proven personnel management skills, leadership qualities, and effective mentoring capabilities with strong and effective decision-making, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
