Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person will:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and internal sales teams.
- Receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or customer issues related to pending orders.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling by recommending additional products or services that enhance the customer experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their needs and preferences.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. We would prefer some Customer Service experience, but it is not required, and we will train the right person. We are looking for an individual with an outgoing personality and solid work ethic.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on upselling or cross-selling, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
