Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Ralliant is a key architect of our global talent strategies. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize recruitment programs that drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence. You will establish early talent hiring strategy and lead strategic initiatives that enhance talent pipelines, employer branding, and internal mobility while fostering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

This position is critical in shaping the future of hiring at Ralliant, with a focus on early career talent programs, veterans hiring, internal talent community program management and training, pre-onboarding and new talent engagement, employer branding, and our global referral program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management & Execution

  • Early Career Talent Programs: Develop and manage global early career initiatives, including internships/co-ops, university partnerships, graduate recruitment, and leadership development pipelines.
  • Veterans Hiring Initiatives: Lead dedicated hiring programs to attract and support veterans transitioning into civilian careers, working closely with military organizations and talent networks.
  • Pre-Onboarding & New Talent Engagement: Develop a well-structured pre-onboarding program, bridging the gap between offer acceptance and day one, ensuring new hires feel engaged, informed, and connected before officially joining, enhancing the candidate experience and their identification with Ralliant.
  • Global Employee Referral Program: Enhance and manage a high-impact global referral program that incentivizes employees to recommend top talent, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Leadership Development and Learning, and Business Leaders to align programs with workforce needs and growth strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with universities, military transition programs, professional organizations, and industry partners to expand Ralliant’s talent network.
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure program consistency while addressing market-specific hiring needs.

3. Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Use analytics to assess program success, measure ROI, and optimize hiring initiatives.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
  • Monitor global recruitment trends and proactively recommend innovative solutions to stay ahead of the talent market.
  • Drive the integration of AI-powered solutions across all Talent Acquisition Program Management initiatives, enhancing efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field required.

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, program management, or HR operations.
  • Proven success in designing and executing early career, veterans hiring and internal mobility.
  • Experience managing global recruitment initiatives and employee referral programs.

Skills:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence
  • Leverages AI-driven sourcing tools, automation, and predictive analytics for hiring decisions and Implements AI-driven hiring insights to optimize decision-making.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to execute complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executives and global cross-functional teams.
  • Data Judgment: with the ability to track KPIs, analyzes program impact, implement improvements and adjust strategies.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 89,200.00 - 165,600.00
