This role will directly support our Co-Founder and CEO. In this role, you will juggle multiple competing priorities and will be responsible for maintaining a hyper organized schedule and task list for one of our leaders. A high level of integrity, complete discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the organization are required. In this role you must be able to communicate eloquently, adapt to rapidly changing circumstances, and think outside the box to find solutions.
Qualifications :
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling executives
- Track record of success as an assistant to c-suite level executives
- Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- High level of integrity and commitment to following rules and guidelines
- Comfortable working independently, being resourceful, and creating solutions
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Comfortable utilizing / learning various computer programs
Key Responsibilities :
Salary : 28- $33 per hour
