Responsibilities

- Coordinate with real estate brokers regarding property showings, lease negotiations, and other related matters.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including obtaining bids, scheduling services, and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Process invoices and track expenses related to property maintenance and repairs.
